Group exercise, individual exercise, presentation, creativity exercise and interview. Process seemed very unfair, I knew few candidates who I personally knew them. However after discussing with them I performed better than them on every individual basis. They didn't seem to give you well honest feed back. The Decision was purely based on your background(....). This due to the fact that they couldn't retaliate on your own feedback regarding the assessment (since you succeeded in each stage).

All started very well, with 4 interviews: phone, assessment centre and with managers. But then they never replied to me and months passed. I don't know if I was accepted or not, even trying to contact them.
