Interviewed with Director. Scheduled by HR. It lasted an hour; was structured and fairly routine. Director was direct about expectations. She was clear about next steps. She needed me to wait until she was finished with an unscheduled interaction with staff. I think HR could have done a better job with instructions and directions. I have a second interview
