There were two phases to the application process. The 1st phase was a phone call with the Principal. The 2nd phase was an invitation to spend 30 minutes at AM arrival. There I got to briefly meet the staff and observe their morning routine (entrance). I also had a chance to briefly observe 2 classes. Afterwards, I met with the Principal and two other staff members in the hallway to debrief.
