Had a phone interview and a video interview however was not successful and they were looking for someone much more technology focused. Process was OK, the role didn’t scream at me and wasn’t really what I graduated in.

First stage is Online assessment which is followed by a video interview in which there are a few questions you’ll have to answer. Very specific to the role you’ve applied for.

On teams with two people interviewing. They were super friendly and made me feel at ease. I needed to describe selling a car in an imaginary scene, which I have since heard is a common question asked by them.

After completing the application form got invited for a video interview. In order to complete this you have to reserve place. This was a online group interview. This process took around an hour.
