It was an assessment day with a introductory call and then a 30 minute interview regarding personal questions and then a mock sales call. The mock sales call was to do with direct sales for hotel conference rooms.
Interviewers were friendly and professional, but were seeking candidates who were willing to commit unconditionally to an ultra-long-term position within the company, rather than an open discussion about how a role with the firm may be a 'stepping stone'

What interests you about a sales position, specifically?
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Keyence.

Interview process is good, had to complete a mechanical test (somewhat difficult if you've never encountered questions of that style before) before a group assessment day.
The group assessment day was informative and gave a lot of insight into the role and the company and the group interview was relaxed with not too difficult questions. harder questions in the final stage including a role play
All was well until I got to the final interview stage and have heard nothing since. I can assume by now I didn't succeed in getting the role but it would have nice to be personally told this by the company. Normally, feedback isn't given for early stages but since I got to the final stage of the process, it was expected. I got in touch more than once and was told I'd get a call back which didn't happen so all-in-all quite disappointed in the treatment of candidates.
