After initial application, took an assessment test (15min timed, 50 questions). If passes (and you don't find out your score), had the phone interview w/ recruiter. After phone interview, had additional phone interview w/ manager. 30 minutes after that phone interview, I got offered the job

Entrevista
They called me for an interview. I interviewed three times in one day with three different managers. When I left I was called and told to take a test. It was very quick. Same day I was hired.
