A few weeks after I applied online on the King County website, I received an email from someone in the Human Resources department asking if I was interested in coming in for an interview. I returned their call and set up an interview. The interview comprised of four people: two were from management while the others were either co-workers or someone the interviewee will work with. Each person had a question prepared regarding my previous experience and work scenarios on handling various situation.

Panel interview with specific questions asked to each candidate. 45 minutes with the candidate answering each question in about 3-4 minutes to complete all questions in he allotted time frame. Interview panel is allowed to ask follow-up questions for clarity.
