The interview process was entirely conducted over Skype and consisted of two interviews. I was provided questions by HR in advance and I was interviewed by a small panel for each round. The questions were thoughtful and sought to improve understanding of why I wanted the job, how I have responded to situations in other work environments, and how I reason/think. Responders sought to stay neutral in demeanor and provided more details about the job during the Q&A.
