Video Interview with the COO. The guy doing the interview (the COO) wouldn't let me finish a sentence before cutting me off and asking another question. This process continued throughout the entire interview. I had more than enough experience for what the job entailed, but the COO acted very hesitant toward me, with some obvious gendered apprehension.
