I was contacted by Kirby's in-house headhunter via LinkedIn. This led to an initial screening call and followed with a round of online and in-person interviews. A presentation and project were requested with short notice ahead of a meeting with Kirby leaders. The IT didn't work, different people attended the meeting, and the presentation slot was shorter due to delays. It has been over two months since the interview and no feedback. Please save yourself the hassle and risk of having your work/IP taken for free. A terrible experience and no professional courtesy. Never again.
