After giving my resume at my college job fair, I received a last minute request to go to an interview the next day. They had me fill out a personality test where I checked off words that described me. The interviewers were a practical field administrator, and an EIT who had been working there for about a year. I didn't hear back from them, but I also didn't follow-up.
