Several rounds of Interview were conducted. From starting, Nisha(HR) called and give heads up on what will be the round and explained all the queries which i have and she make sure that i have clear idea on what round of interview i'm going to attend. Thats gives me a lot picture and helped me to clear the rounds. Each Interview process was seamless and the interviewers at each round were friendly approachable. Also her responses on each round were timely informed after each round. once cleared Technical round, one more round called value alignment round, its really new to me also, She really gave nice heads up on the round and it really helped me to clear the round successfully. On the whole its really good experience with Kissflow on interview process.

Interview Process was too good.The company prefers the Talent first rather than giving preference to degree and communication. The HR was too good with me and supported me throughout the entire process There were Actually 4 rounds 1st Round is a Task that needs to be completed , Task will be automating a flow given by them on Test management website 2nd round is code review where you will be evaluated whether the task is done you or not. All the questions will be regarding task and some more questions on python oops concept and API and a small logical task will be given to see your debugging skills and logical skills 3rd round is with Project Managers where questions will be asked regarding your work experience and testing skills and how will you react on some situation 4th round is culture round, where apart from technical skills, you will be evaluated as a person, your mindset such that they will evaluate whether you will be fit in their working culture or not if you clear all these 4 rounds, then offer initiation process will be started.
