Started with telephonic discussion which was all about general discussion about experience , notice period and availability then followed by technical face to face round. Technical round was more of real time scenarios , puzzles and concepts of testing.

First round was appt, second round was technical
technical interviewer was frustrated only asked 2 questions for writing Test cases
and said another interviewer call u later they never call you.
there are no feedback,no transparency in selection process
