Applied and was sent an assessment to take. I think it took about 2 hours total. I was notified shortly after that I had passed. A few days later I had a 30 minute meet and greet video call and was told I would be submitted to the client for review. I never heard anything back after that and it’s been months. Not even a “thanks but no thanks” after the time I spent. Very unprofessional to ghost applicants that spent hours on the interview process.
