It was over the phone, they were 20 minutes late but it was a good experience. They asked a few questions and it should last about 5-10 minutes. The person was nice and expect an email whether you got a job or not soon after the call.

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
