Non-live video interview where you record your answers and someone from their management reviews it. Many behavioral based questions about your personal experiences and asks your availability and schedule at the end. 9 questions in total.
This was a normal and easy interview with typical questions: tell me about yourself, difficult time, communication, delegating tasks, etc. Very kind and personable interviewer which made the process fly by!
