Phone interview with HR contact lead to a 2 hour long interview with 3 different people; all individual interviews. Differing information was given to me as to the qualities needed to get the job done, so when I stressed that I had the 'necessary' set of attributes to one of the interviewers it turned out that was exactly what s/he was NOT looking for. One of the interviews spend much time talking about personal/family life rather than the job.
