I interviewed with HR for 30 minutes first, then interviewed for 1 hour with QA Lead, Project Manager and Developement Manager. I was not faced with very difficult questions. The next day I got a job offer and the number they gave was a number you could only fight for in Vancouver and there was another offer I got and they were offering more but I wanted to continue with Konect.ai to gain experience in AI. I stated that I had received another offer if there was anything they could do about salary and HR wrote that TCO wanted to talk to me. I accepted, it took 15 minutes and there was no negative situation. After 1 hour, they send me email that they had withrawing the offer. This is an unprofessional approach. I set aside 1 hour and 45 minutes for them. What they did was a great disgrace. If you're going to have a job interview, do it with that in mind. Of course, you will want to negotiate the salary. HR can't even decide if it can raise the salary yet so decide well if you want to work in a non-professional place!!
