The recruitment process went on for two months and it was the most poorly managed recruitment process I have ever been involved in. The internal Recruiter would respond every 2-3 weeks following the interview stage to let me know if they were progressing me to the next stage. It was multiple interviews (competency questions, talking through experience, psychometric tests). I made it to the final stage interview and they said they would come back to me in a week and I never heard from them again!! I followed up with a emails to ask if I had been successful or if I could have feedback and the recruiter never responded! Extremely poor behaviour. I always maintain if you treat a candidate badly during the recruitment process when you should be showcasing the firm, imagine how the staff are treated! I would never apply here and I would never recommend Korn Ferry to anyone. Very poor experience and clearly poor firm culture if this is acceptable to treat a candidate after 2 months of interviews. I would not recommend anyone to apply here or work here.
