2 rounds of interview so far (face-to-face). Met with two senior hiring authorities within the group. Both meeting went well, took the KF Assessment, followed by submission of my salary requirement at their request. They also asked for additional sample work I've done over the years. I obliged and sent. It's been 1 month today since we first started talks. I have now sent 2 follow up notes regarding next steps and think I've been ghosted. Doesn't match up to me. Our last exchange was my comp req. to which they replied and said "thanks for the follow up. We're looking forward to continuing our conversation." Now it's been nothing but crickets.
