For me, I had a phone interview and a in person interview. After that, They briefed me on What Kroger expects and how their company works. It was a very comfortable interview. Maybe 5 questions.

very quick and easy interview I got hired on the spot but they rescinded the job offer after receiving my background report even tho i was upfront and honest about convictions during the interview

The interview was fluent and very simple questions. They asked me what I would do in certain situations and that’s about how hard it gets. Make sure you show up on time.

It was a group interview, We had to answer as individuals and form groups to complete exercises. There were multiple people interviewing for multiple stores, departments and positions. Only 2 people in the interview did not make it to the next round and were not offered positions.
