Interview was very brief and only asked me my previous employment history and availability. I was then given a run down of what the position would entail and had to sign a couple papers proving that it was explained to me. Overall not too bad and was very laid back.

Very easy interview. Got an email for a phone screen. Was asked a few situational questions such as "What do you look for when shopping at grocery store?" I answered "stores that accept competitor coupons." Than set a date to come in. Basic questions asked. Hired on the spot.

Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.
