I had a phone call interview and then I was chosen to come into there place of Employement for actual interview. Once done with that I had to take a prove it test on math, ruler reading, Microsoft word and excel and some others. If you pass that then you go in for the actual position interview and it's formal, you dress nice and you go in and you ask questions about he position and you also answer questions about why you would fit he need of the company. Also explain your past experiences hat would help you succeed there. After that which is where I'm at now you wait to see if your the one chosen.
