The interview was with two key managers HR and Operations manager, they was so nice and professional, while there are talking to you they are focus on eyes contact and your voice if you are confidente in your tells... Something else very important if you convince them you will have to fill an application otherwise, they tell you we will let you know... You don't fill job application before interview. Good luck
