First step was setting up a 30 minute phone interview via email. Phone interview lasted about 20 minutes and I immediately received an email that same day for an in person meeting. The time slot they provided was perfect the following morning. The in person interview was an hour long and I felt as though it went extremely well. They stated another interview was going to be scheduled with the VP, this should have been scheduled at the same time. If you're still a full time employee how do they expect you to keep coming back and forth on normal working hours?

Overall I was pleased with the interview process, which totaled 2 rounds of Zoom interviews. They are big on culture fit, but don't require excessive rounds of interviews like other companies. It took just under 4 weeks from submitting my application online (with a current employee referral) to receiving an offer. The first interview was via Zoom with the HR Director, who is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. This is where I was asked basic questions like "why LEAP?" "how would your colleagues describe you?" "what are you looking for in your next job?" etc, etc. A few days later they reached out to schedule the next interview with the team supervisor. This interview included both the supervisor and another member of the team. They asked a lot of behavioral questions (times when you dealt with difficult co-workers, times you received criticisms and how you dealt with it, times you took initiative and how it worked out). A few days later I received an offer.
