I applied for a position with this company in December and received an invitation for an initial interview with the tech recruiter, after a month and a half. Given that it was the holiday season, I understand the delay. The initial interview went well, and I had a positive experience. However, the process slowed down considerably after that. I received a technical test a week later, which was simple, and I completed it within two hours. Despite following up with an email after another week of no response, I did not receive any feedback or updates on my application. After a while, I was invited to an interview with the hiring manager, but unfortunately, they seemed disinterested in my experience and skills, this interview turned out to be the worst interview throughout my job-hunting experience. It has now been over a month since the interview, and I have not received any further communication from the company. Fortunately, I have had better experiences with other companies that treat candidates with respect and empathy. Please be more respectful to people who are interested in working for your company.
