there were two stages of interviews. The first stage consisted of three interviews (english fluency, problem solving & ppt, questions based on your resume) the second stage was with executives pretty much similar to the first interview where u were questioned based on your resume

Had final interview with the management including CEO and other key sales people including HR. it was a 2 hour long interview and asked me about extensive lists of questions.
