The interview process looked simple in the beginning, but the actual experience after joining felt completely different from what was presented. Things moved fast, expectations were not clearly set, and the environment quickly became pressure-filled. It did not feel like a place where people were given proper time to understand the work and settle in. From what I saw, people were judged very quickly, and many did not even last long. The whole experience felt less about hiring and building people, and more about constant pressure from day one.
