I had total two rounds of Technical Interview. Both were mostly related to technical questions related to the job profile. No one reached out once both the interviews were qualified. Once I reached out to the recuiter, the recruiter informed that you have qualified and an HR will connect for further discussion. There were two rounds of HR discussion, one through video conference and other was a phone call. The compensation discussed in both the HR discussion was 40% hike. Two days later, an email came with a breakup of CTC which was 10% hike (completely not aligned with the HR discussion rounds)
