They took total 3 round of interview first 2 rounds were related to technical and last round was Hr discussion . I did cleared all rounds of the interview. I was waiting for my offer letter for 15 days now they are telling me suddenly the position is on hold and they cant release my offer letter even if i was the immediate joiner. This was worst interview experience i ever had. They crushed all my happiness and hopes with in second even if i accepted all of their conditions submitted all the documents . The reason why they are telling me these lies is because they much have found someone who can do the same job on half of the salary. I would never recommend anyone to go to LTI mindtrees interview process unless you have minimum 2 offers in hand

It was a very nice experience interviewing at LTI Mindtree. Interviewer was polite and patiently listens the ans.Starting with basic ques and project details then deep dive to the java core concepts.
