There were 3 rounds of interview, 2 technical and 1 HR, the recruiter was very rude with the compensation mentioning fixed budget, 1st and 2nd round happened within 3 days gap but for the HR round, had to continuously do follow-ups with recruiter to get it scheduled. After 8-9 days, the HR round happened and then few days later, status in the portal was marked as Rejected even after clearing all the rounds of interview. Also there was no communication from team or email about dropping my candidature, so unprofessional. Worst recruitment team. Also, the BGV and document submission happened before the HR round for salary discussion which is very wrong and not providing the offer after clearing all the rounds and spending so much time following up.
