What happens: You submit your resume, cover letter, or online application.
Purpose: Recruiters or software (ATS - Applicant Tracking System) screen for relevant skills, experience, and keywords.

5) Ppower automate prod process
Good, 2 rounds, both technical. one in depth technical with DAX as priority.
2nd round some technical and previous projects.
The interview is not hard and with basics of PBI you can answer it.
