Had initial phone interview w recruiter days after applying online. A month went by before I heard back from the recruiter. Two interviews were set up--one F2F & the other via phone. The feedback I received was very positive from the recruiter about 2 weeks later but they still haven't made final decision. They said it might take weeks to decide. So still playing the waiting game. The interviews lasted about 30 minutes each and were behavioral based. So it's hard to tell if they were pleased or not as it depends on what they are looking for.
