Entrevista
I applied online. I received a phone call to come in for a data entry test. I did not pass the data entry test the first time, but I was asked to come back the next week to retake the test because my score was close to passing. I came back the next week and passed the test. Once I passed the test I was asked to interview with the HR manager. After I interviewed with the HR manager I was asked to interview with the hiring supervisor for that department.

Entrevista
I received a random email stating I had an interview through WebEx, it was already scheduled. I applied for Healthcare Billing Specialist but was advised that I was being interviewed for Order Entry, not sure if they were considered one in the same. Based on the description, it seems different from the what I applied for online. The interview was not like a conversation, it was describing the position and the training and production period. Then they ask about 6-7 situational questions. She advised that I would receive a decision from HR in 3-4 weeks. I received an email for an offer 8 business days later, I declined the position due to pay. There are companies offering same position with significantly higher pay.

Entrevista
Received email for phone interview a month after applying and doing online assessment. During phone interview was scheduled for face to face with 2 supervisors. Questions were quite easy. A week later I received an offer.

Entrevista
It was kind of laid back and easy. The people doing the interview are actually supervisors and they have a script to go off of and just listen to what you have to say and take notes.
