I received a call from a recruiter who had found my details on LinkedIn. I then submitted a full application against a person specification and was invited to attend an initial interview at the recruiter's offices in Central London. This initial interview consisted of a number of questions to test your experience and was carried out by a panel of 2. I was then invited to an assessment centre which lasted all day but I didn't make it to the final interview.
