I think this is a classic case of a bunch of internal hires in a role that don't know what they are looking for. I only had the initial call where I even mentioned that I built something with Langchain as they needed someone with a sales background and someone technical. I'm currently a Enterprise CSM that made something with their product. I don't know what they are looking for and neither do they apparently. Stay away.
