30 minute phone call with HR Rep from Copenhagen to screen followed by an in-person interview with MD in London office. The phone call was relaxed and didn't require any posturing or exaggeration - the working culture in Denmark is different to the UK which is worth bearing in mind during applications. In-person interview with the London MD was more typical of my interview experiences in London/UK. Motivations, why do you want to work here, etc.
