Forget vibe coding. At Larion we now have vibe interviewing. No technical question asked, No coding challenge. Only talk and vibe check. And apparently, I didn't vibe with him. There is no reason that interview couldn't be done online. I wasted a lot of time coming to the office to gain/learn nothing. HR was very nice though
