I had a one on one interview with the owner that was very open and honest. I applied for bridal consultant and ended up talking about my marking background, which was another position she was looking to fill. It was very relaxed and comfortable. She’s very kind and likes to chat. Our interview ended up going over but we just clicked right away. Other interviews she’s done include group interviews, where she tells the story of the company and gets to know everyone, with returning interviews if needed.
