Initial phone call with the HR recruiter went well, and I was brought in for an in-person interview. The interview was extremely casual and started 10 minutes late, then both interviewers spent about 5 minutes talking to each other about personal matters while I sat there at the table with them.
Despite this, I felt the interview went well and they concluded by saying they would reach out to me shortly regarding next steps.
After the interview, I followed up with both the recruiter and the interviewers. No response. I was completely ghosted. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional.
It was long and they did not follow up timely. Will ask you to create free work. After speaking with team lead is when you will know if you will get hired or not. About 5 interview in total.

After about one week from applying first, I received a screening call from H R. Then a video call Interview with the Line Manager, followed by another video call Interview with the Director.

Was contacted by HR about an interview which was a very slow process and responses took on average 2-3 days before eventually arranging a virtual interview.
When I did eventually get on a call, the experience was poor to say the least. With one of the senior team members running late to the call, the person who would eventually become my line manager made no effort to engage in conversation, instead muting her mic “whilst she wait for everyone to join” before even introducing herself. When the other person did eventually join, she showed no interest in the interview, blatantly focused on other work and had not one question to ask me. The other person on the interview whilst nice, arrived 5 mins late and ate a bag of crisps whilst asking me questions. I have since had no follow up on whether I was succesful, despite reaching out to the HR a number of times. Overall I wish I hadn’t wasted my valuable time applying for a role at Laundry Service.
