Process goes 1. HR screening call 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Interview with HRBP Usually if the screen call goes well, your profile will get shared with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager thinks your profile is good, you’ll be scheduled for an interview. Once the hiring manager decides you’re a good fit, you’ll speak with HRBP to understand if you’re a good fit for the company. Finally the offer comes from the HR who called you the first time.

Applied online - they sent an email about 2 weeks later apologising for the slow response, followed by another email about the next step in the interview. They give you 24 hours each to complete a hirevue interview (very basic e-commerce questions) and a situational judgement assessment. Last step is a 1 hr panel interview mostly with HR & SVP. They ask in detail about work experiences, they are curious about your personal values and generally want to know about your work ethic. They were very friendly and chatty. Received an offer later that day.
