I went through four interviews with Leader Bank and received an offer significantly lower than what was listed in the job posting. I was advised that this was the max they had budgeted for this position and they were unwilling to negotiate. After declining the offer I was told they had suddenly increased the budget for the position but when I attempted to discuss that increased budget them I was told they decided to move in a different direction. The misleading salary in the job posting, the unwillingness to negotiate, and the odd reversal after telling me they WERE willing to re-examine compensation all left me feeling grateful I did not accept the offer. My experience aligned closely with several of the negative employee reviews I've read here on Glassdoor and did not align with the culture they presented in the interview process.
