I applied through LinkedIn and I was contacted via e-mail the next day to set up a virtual interview with a specific time frame. The interviewer was easygoing and made me feel comfortable. The questions were very intentional to their specific skill-set needs for that specific role. Some questions were standard to the role with a few more in depth questions that could only be answered if I had actual IRL experience. It was a very good interview experience that helped me to understand what their talent needs are.

The interview process consisted of three interviews. The first was very relaxed and focused on getting to know me and my experience, while also providing an overview of the business and its brands. The second interview was more focused on my leadership and retail experience. The final interview was conducted in person. Overall, the process was professional and straightforward.
