I had to fill in several forms, conduct a demo lesson according to a lesson which was given to me in advance and then answer the interviewer’s questions. The demo lesson was watched by a panel of staff.

Quite a negative experience. Interviewer asked a bunch of irrelevant questions for her own amusement and was not interested in the interview. Seems like there is no intention to hire but just doing interviews to justify their jobs and collecting data. Tried to lowball me when I asked for a higher salary which is still their mid point of their range due to my experience. Then the job has been reposted over and over again with the top range of the salary a thousand lower than the last posted salary range (Top end) Maybe they should have gotten their budget right before posting the job. Apparently, proving to me that the interview was just data collecting and no intention to hire anyone.
