I got a call asking to set up an interview over FaceTime, I accepted and set up a time for the call. Once in the call, I was asking nothing about qualifications of experience. They explained the parameters of the job and asked if it was something I would be willing to do (door to door sales). It was less like an interview and more like they were trying to convince me to take the job. I declined the position as their over eagerness to hire led me to believe the job was not as desirable as they were making it out to be.

1st stage: I was called for a phone screening
2nd stage: I was scheduled for 1:1 Interview via skype, it was quite engaging but friendly and the offer for employment was offered afterwards

I first had a phone interview, after my phone interview a virtual call was set up on Face-time. The recruiter was very passionate about Ledcor and Telus. Asked me quetions in relation to sales, development , my goals and career path. I was informed very clearly on the job and what tasks I had to complete

It was a quick skype interview which was very casual, they hiring manager was very friendly. Few simple questions to start with. Testes your problem solving and management skills. Also asked about availability
