I applied online and a couple of weeks after I got a call from HR to arrange a call to discuss the position and my application. The HR member was very friendly and in my opinion it was a fair discussion of the position and my skills. I believe the salary expectations was the issue, since the position was in a lower range of what I was expecting but overall it was a good experience.
