Initial process moved quickly. It started with a phone call with the HR Recruiter. She then set me up to interview with a panel of Managers the following week. After this interview, I was told explicitly that they would like to move forward with checking references. The Recruiter contacted my references, and then completely ghosted me for 3 weeks. I left a voicemail, but received a generic email notifying me that they had changed their mind. Completely bizarre and unprofessional process. My references reached out to me afterward wishing me well and that the reference questions were very ordinary. Frustrating that they would contact my references with no intention to move forward! Definitely avoiding applying to this Organization in the future.
