LegalZoom phoned me to come in for an interview. The Hiring Manager was very busy and did not have a time available that worked well with my schedule that week, so the recruiter Jennifer set up an interview with two other managers. Then she emailed me about 5 pages of documents to fill out and bring with me. Everyone was very friendly and down to earth. I was early for my interview and had to wait outside for a while. No one answered the phone when I called even though that is what the note on the door said to do. But soon after, an arriving employee let me in. I met the recruiter in person - typical smile at you and pass you on kind of thing. I had 2 interviewers back to back. Strangely they asked some of the same questions and I did my best to repeat myself as closely as possible. I asked quite a few questions and they seemed to answer sincerely. I was told the culture was youthful and laidback, but there was a quota to be filled. One of my interviewers pointed out that the job could get monotonous and asked if I would be able to handle that. Another question I got was about what I wanted to get out of working there. It was quite a long interview and in addition I had to take three skill tests dealing with grammar, spelling and vocabulary. I spent almost 2 hours there. Things seemed to have gone well, but I received no feedback from them despite my follow-up calls and emails (spaced out over 2 1/2 weeks).

I applied online for a legal documents preparation specialist position. The company recruiter emailed me for possible days for a telephone screening interview to discuss the opportunity. I emailed her back with possible days and times.
