Initially applied to the job on the Leidos website after seeing a listing on Indeed. It took a couple weeks to receive a reply requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was really simple questions about myself and it went well enough to get an in-person interview two days later. The interview was with with a scrum master and tech lead asking similar questions to the phone interview and a few simple questions about my programming experience. It seemed to go well, but then I didn't receive any contact for over a month until I prodded the recruiter for information. They then wanted another interview and I was interviewed for a different team at the same location. I was asked practically the same questions as last time and the interview went just as well. I heard back within a week this time only to be told the "team has decided to move in a different direction." As far as I am aware they hadn't hired anyone for the team I initially interviewed, so I can only assume they're having funding problems hiring someone new on their contract. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with them unless you have several other opportunities lined up or you might end up wasting nearly two months of your time.
