Pre Interview Email: You will be sent links to the website and videos explaining about the company and the business. Round 1: Chat with the Head of Development and Senior Frontend Engineer. An Informal discussion where they explain more about the company, Team, Day to day activities etc. No Technical Questions at this stage. Round 2: You would be sent a technical test. Round 3: Meet the team and discuss about the test.

It was a good process. especially the feedback after the coding challenge. First, they had a long meeting with me explaining every bit of the business they do and then the technical "CODING TEST " which was extremely easy. The part where I think we misunderstood each other was that the feedback they gave was I took some decision in attempting the code challenge which was not really happy about. It's difficult to actually get around what's going on in their heads in terms of expectations. May be they are new to this, They will adapt :) Like code Judgments can be in a variety of ways. You can even object to the way one codes, BUt the actual objections should be to keep an open mind about different correct ways of achieving a task. And Yes if A=B and B=C then they should have inferred A=C simple Math transitive property of 10th grade :) Any way the people I have interacted were the nicest people.
